Grilled cevapcici skewers homemade by me 🌹
Ingredients:
500 g minced beef (I used mixed minced meat
250g beef , 250g lamb )
2–3 tbsp Cevapcici spice mix ( I made own spice I don’t find here the ready one)
1 tbsp cooking oil of your choice
½ grated yellow onion
½ - 1 dl carbonated water – for extra fluffy mince
Butter or oil for frying or grilling
