But nobody asks about him.

23 years of teaching. Nearly 24 years running the administration that made it possible.

For a long time, I let most of that be free — the content, the guidance, the hours poured into social media that nobody paid for and few even acknowledged.

Here's what I've learned: being needed and being valued are not the same thing. No institution, no platform, and no algorithm is going to make that distinction for you. You have to make it yourself.

So I'm making it. I'm no longer offering 23 years of expertise for free and calling it generosity.
