🌫️ Failure & Depression — When Setbacks Turn into Self-Doubt
Failure by itself is painful. But sometimes, it’s not the failure that hurts the most — it’s what it makes us believe about ourselves.
One rejection can turn into “I’m not good enough.”
One mistake can become “I ruin everything.”
One failure can slowly spiral into depression.
💭 But here’s the truth: Failure is an event, not an identity.
You failed at something — that does not mean you are a failure.
If you’re struggling with depression after setbacks, remember:
Rest is not quitting. Pausing to heal doesn’t mean you’ve given up.
You are not alone. Many of the strongest people once felt completely defeated.
Progress is not always visible. Getting out of bed, sending one email, taking one small step — these are victories too.
🌱 Sometimes, healing begins when we stop demanding instant success from ourselves and start offering kindness instead of criticism.
You will rise again — not because life gets easier, but because you will grow stronger.
Failure may shake you, but it cannot define you.
Living in era where it is extremely difficult to distinguish between truth and lies.
Scammers are everywhere. Liars are all over the place.
