I'm facing an issue while trying to make a payment for submitting a complaint or related service.
I tried using JazzCash, but it shows an error. I also attempted with Easypaisa, Visa card, and debit card, but the same problem occurs — the payment is not going through and keeps showing an error.
Could anyone please guide me on what might be the possible issue? Is it a system error, a network problem, or something related to my account or card settings?
I would really appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you.
