After two years running automatic car-wash, vacuum bay, and water-recycling operations for ADNOC/AG Facilities Solutions in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, I’m bringing that playbook home.

NACWIN — the National Automatic Car Wash Infrastructure Network — is a Uganda-based PPP initiative targeting fuel stations and transport corridors. The model is simple: station partners provide space and capital; we bring ADNOC-grade equipment, operations, and uptime. Revenue-share. Zero debt. No loans.
The numbers: 3 pilot sites, $250K–$320K total capex, 18–30 month payback per site, 5-year net cash flow of $140K–$325K per bay. Seven project documents are drafted and ready — feasibility, revenue model, EIA, O&M manual, the full pack.

Target partners: TotalEnergies Uganda, Stabex Petroleum, and the Government of Uganda (MOWT/PPP Unit).

I’m not pitching an idea. I’m deploying an operation I’ve already run at scale in one of the world’s most demanding service environments.
