The Reality of South Asian Diaspora Parenting: In contrast, traditional South Asian parenting is rooted in an old-fashioned, protective family structure.
While first-generation immigrants often carried over the values of their upbringing—prioritising the home as a safe, natural order—this is a private family dynamic, not a weaponised state dictating a woman's basic humanity.An Outdated Assessment:
The vlogger's claim that South Asian parents universally force women to be "invisible" ignores massive generational shifts.
Today, British-Asian and diaspora women drive, run businesses, pursue higher education, and participate fully in the public realm.
The world has moved on, and conflating traditional family protection with systemic state oppression is a vast distortion.

England threw that game away by trying to defend a one goal lead. They should have carried on counter attacking after the first goal. Disappointing. Unfortunately Pakistan, Bangladesh and India aren't good enough to take part in the football world cup or for all us "*****" England would be our second choice team. 😜
