The best thing i ever did for my mental health was Walking!….walking clears your head, unblocks creativity, lowers stress, helps with back pain and keeps you lean without feeling like punishment.( especially when you walk in nature the natural breeze clears your head, your mood feels bright ).

What is Intermittent Fasting?
Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern that cycle between period of fasting and eating, which may help your body to perform it own repairs and recovery and it also helps to manage weight.
Method: the common method is 16/8 fasting for 16hours and consume all daily calories within an 8 hour window ( e.g eating between 10:am and 6pm.

Key Importance and Benefits of Intermittent Fasting
• Metabolic switching: After several hours without food your body exhausts its sugar stores and switches to burning fat for energy.
•Weight and Visceral Fat Loss: Limiting your eating window naturally reduces overall calorie intake and helps target stored body fat.
•Improved Insulin Sensitivity: Fasting lowers blood glucose and insulin levels , which helps reduce insulin resistance and lowers the risk of type 2 diabetes .
•Cellular Repair and Autophagy: Extended fasting ( such as 16 hours) triggers autophagy, a process where cells clean out damaged components and waste.
• Heart Health: Studies shows improvements in blood pressure , resting heart rate ,triglycerides and cholesterol makers.
•Reduced Inflammation: Fasting can decrease systemic inflammatory markers in the body.

NOTE: INTERMITTENT FASTING IS NOT FOR EVERYONE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT,BREASTFEEDING , DIABETES OR HAVE HEALTH CONDITIONS CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR FIRST .

How to get rid of muscle soreness I can hardly walk and sit right now 😮‍💨 after my workout yesterday. I am new to this stuff had my protein shake a bit before and mostly after the workout and then went for a walk to cool off. Also did the post training exercise to prevent soreness but I am supposed to repeat tomorrow should I skip?
