Track and analyse marketing and campaign performance, using data and insights to improve strategy, channel effectiveness, and brand growth.

Requirements:
Minimum 6–7 years of experience in marketing, brand communications, creative content, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role.
Demonstrated experience in creative/content direction, including briefing, reviewing, and approving creative output against defined brand standards.
Previous experience within an agency, events, media, advertising, or creative organisation is strongly preferred.
Proven experience building and managing brand presence across digital and social media channels.
Strong experience developing proposals, presentations, capability decks, case studies, and other high-quality marketing materials.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, storytelling, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of the Nigerian and African creative, marketing, media, and brand landscape.

•Previous experience working in an audit firm is highly advantageous, particularly experience involving financial audits, internal controls, risk assessment, and financial reporting.
•Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, taxation, internal controls, and corporate governance.
•Experience managing audits and working with external auditors.
•Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Experience in a publicly quoted company or large corporate environment will be an added advantage.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
