Discord is changing how its public communities are found online by allowing conversations from certain servers to appear in web search results.
The change would affect Discoverable Servers that are considered “the most public spaces on Discord” and have at least 1,000 members.
The change would make it easier for users to find information shared on Discord without having to join a server. It will take effect starting November 16th, when Discord plans to automatically create Server Web Pages for all Discoverable Servers.

China’s AI and semiconductor stocks have plunged, with the STAR50 index falling 40% from its July peak, wiping out around $480 billion in market value in less than four months.
The selloff comes amid concerns over AI demand, lofty valuations and potential US restrictions on Chinese technology exports. Several high-profile companies, including robotics maker Unitree and chipmakers, have seen their share prices halve.
With AI stocks accounting for a significant share of China's equity market, the downturn could hit investor confidence, slow tech fundraising and derail plans for new listings. The STAR50 still trades at around 100 times trailing earnings, raising concerns that further losses could follow.
