I think they got rid of the confirmation it was dismissed. I have asked this to them about it being in the unmatched section before and they said if you don’t see it anymore, it was dismissed. So either they deactivated their account or dismissed it. If let’s say you still see their profile in the people you liked section and click it after they dismissed your compliment, you can open the chat from their and see your compliment, and after a couple seconds it will show it was dismissed. It will also then cause the dismissed compliment to be shown in the unmatched section temporarily. So it looks like this was part of their changes to compliments, if it’s gone just conclude they either aren’t even on or they dismissed it which is more likely imo
