It’s a tribute to Pakistani women
When it’s the day of Eid it prove something else as well.
why women (especially Pakistani women) are truly remarkable.
Iqbal’s “Shaheens” will wake up barely five minutes before prayer time,
and half of them still don’t know how to tie the drawstring in their own shalwar properly…
Meanwhile, the women in our homes?
Before the men have even woken up, their clothes are already laid out for them,
and by the time they return from prayers, the seviyan are ready.
After that, an entire feast quietly comes to life in the kitchen.
And while we men are still busy sending
“Eid Mubarak” messages back and forth,
five different dishes have somehow already appeared in front of us.
Then comes lunch preparation,
hosting relatives,
getting the children bathed and dressed,
sorting out everyone’s clothes,
managing the entire household…
And somehow, while doing all of that,
they still manage to get ready themselves.
And they get ready so well
that we men look painfully average standing next to them.
If anyone in the world truly wants to learn multitasking,
they should learn it from Pakistani women.
Because men’s version of multitasking is if we’re putting on a sock with one hand
and someone calls our name from behind,
we genuinely don’t know whether to finish putting on the sock
or answer the person first.
Why is it that everyone does not want to live in a joint 😪family,
And if they have to live separately 👈after marriage,
then why don't they look for a relationship in an
✌orphanage✌
And then they want the family to be included when deciding on a relationship.🤔
