Your existence is enough. 🌿

You don't have to prove your worth to anyone.
You don't have to carry the weight of every expectation.

Breathe.
Smile.
Live.

Be your own safe place before seeking shelter in others.
Choose yourself without guilt, and protect your peace without apology.

Because in the end,
the most important person you'll ever have is you.

So don't overthink life.
You are enough, just as you are. ❤️

Salah is the one appointment in the day nobody can move, cancel, or reschedule on you. There's peace in that consistency.

Genuine question: why is it still expected that men should always pay for lunch or dinner?
From my own (anecdotal) experience, women always talk about equality, but this is one area where it seems to disappear.
If he’s already driving, covering fuel, and putting in time and effort, shouldn’t the cost be shared too?
At times it honestly feels like some women treat meetups as a free outing a d foos rather than a mutual effort.
Maybe it’s time we normalize fairness over outdated expectations.

Not every struggle is caused by jinn.
And not every struggle should be viewed only through a medical lens.

Islam teaches us balance.
