795 reactions · 30 shares | Shame spirals. Non-negotiable, no bueno. I will miss messages, forget to reply, say the wrong thing when I do. The second I can say “oh well, I forgive myself” is the second I get all my energy back. Getting overly excited about wins. The yin to the last yang. One burst of excitement drains my already-low reserves. Celebrate, yes, but I just write the win down and read them all at the end of the day. Keeps the momentum without the crash. Unique food choices. I eat the same style every day. Grill a protein for the week, pick a carb, pick a sauce. Swap it weekly instead of daily and you’d be shocked how un-boring it stays. Unique clothes. My closet is white, black, and beige. My brain isn’t good at what seems simple for everyone else, so the physical guardrails let me change it up without going full Steve Jobs uniform. Morning sunlight. I can’t overstate this. Your body needs it more than ever. Long to-do lists. The most effective system I’ve found is an if-then list, and I put the single task in the physical spot of the cue. Gym shoes on the passenger seat. A box by the door for what I need to grab. Starting to-dos, not finishing to-dos. You don’t write “go to the gym,” you write “put on gym clothes.” That’s the level of simplicity that kickstarts momentum. If it’s an email, I pre-type the first line. Save this if your brain works like mine | Darian Williams

Having good thoughts about Allah.

Imām Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:

"Every time the servant has good thoughts about Allah, perfects his hope in Him, and is truthful in his trust in Him, then indeed Allah will never disappoint him nor let him down, for He does not break.

Our hearts go through many emotions. There are moments when we feel jealous, disappointed, hurt, or overwhelmed by thoughts that we do not even want to have. Being human means experiencing these feelings.

But instead of allowing those emotions to consume our hearts, let us return to Allah by saying, “Astagfirullahi wa atubu ilaihi”.

Seeking forgiveness is not only for major sins. It is also a beautiful way of purifying the heart, calming the mind, and reminding ourselves that Allah knows every struggle taking place within us.

Whenever jealousy enters your heart, when disappointment becomes too heavy, or when negative thoughts begin to overwhelm you, turn to Allah immediately. Ask Him to cleanse your heart, grant you peace, and protect you from feelings that distance you from Him.

A simple remembrance can soften a heavy heart. Sometimes, all we need is to pause, seek forgiveness, and remember that Allah is always near and always ready to guide us back to peace.

Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barahkatuh 😊
I am Sure some of ladies encountered this experience 😉

A man who wears a fake mask of kindness is incredibly dangerous. He purposely tricks a woman's pure heart by pretending to be a safe space, all while hiding his deeply toxic and lustful habits behind closed doors.

This kind of weak man completely lacks any basic relationship accountability. He builds his entire life on messy lies, using a good woman for his own selfish comfort while secretly bringing heavy chaos into her peaceful home.

The absolute worst part is how he manipulates the truth when his bad behavior is finally caught. Instead of acting like a grown man and facing the deep damage he caused, he instantly plays the victim.

He will cry fake tears, twist every single story, and try to make the strong woman feel like she is the crazy one for demanding basic respect. He desperately plays these silly games because his weak ego cannot handle the reality of his own deliberate actions.

A confident woman with high value completely refuses to stay trapped in this twisted reality. She knows that trying to love a pathological liar will only completely drain her beautiful energy. When his perfect fake mask finally falls off, she will not argue or try to fix him.

She will simply pack up her pure loyalty, fiercely protect her quiet peace, and gracefully walk away, leaving him to play his pathetic victim games all by himself.

Hahaha... no wonder I feel so drained. Turns out I’m an Anxious-Preoccupied with an INTJ personality and Acts of Service as my love language! 🤣

Psychological fact: Your brain often remembers unfinished tasks better than completed ones. This is known as the Zeigarnik Effect, which is why unfinished work can keep popping into your mind🤷🏻‍♀️

A graceful Muslim woman possesses a serene soul, or nafs mutmainnah. This serenity stems from strong faith, gratitude, and sincerity. She manages her emotions through dhikr and prayer.

Come on England !
Whilst we are all being patriotic by supporting our home nation tonight.
I have a question just out of curiosity...
Why does it seem like there are far more active Pakistani users on Jamaa/Muzz than any other ethnicity ?
And while we're at it... does probability equal possibility or does it equate to the same outcomes ?
You can reply during the hydration break if you like.
