Please be kind…
Don’t be the reason someone skips a meal, hates waking up, feels completely alone, has to force their smile, gives up on life.

Your words and actions have the ability to make or break a person life.
Choose wisely and be kind.

The body can remember painful experiences even when the mind struggles to recall them clearly. Stress and trauma are not stored only as memories—they can also appear as physical tension, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, or feeling constantly on alert. Healing often begins when people learn to recognize these physical responses instead of ignoring them.

A meaningful connection, something that everyone craves and wants, and yet recently I have observed that it terrifies most people.

Is it because there is a fear of failing to form one or is it the fear of actually achieving it and being afraid of what comes next?

Sometimes people ask "Why don't you want to marry someone from overseas?"
It's not because I don't believe in love.
It's because marriage isn't just about loving someone. It's about starting a whole new life.

Moving to another country means leaving behind everything familiar. New culture. New weather. New people. No family or friends nearby. It could take years just to adapt.
Then comes the biggest worry... finding a job. What if I can't work? What if I have to depend on my husband financially? What if things don't go as planned?

Before saying "love conquers all," think about the reality after the wedding.
Love is important, but so are stability, independence, and having a secure future.

Sometimes, choosing someone closer to home isn't about limiting love, it's about protecting the life you've worked so hard to build.

Just some thoughts. 💭

Allahs mercy as farrrr greater than our sins.
Even if ours sins were to reach the skies and beyond .
Never carry shame.
Never carry guilt.
They are from the enemy 👿
Recognise the mistake.
Ask Allah to forgive.
Have intention to not do it again.
If it was sincere,
assume w certainty Allah has accepted it.
Now be happy.
Life is toooo short to carry any negative emotion / feeling.
Anything that doesn’t serve you leave it and never ever look back.
You won when u chose to walk away.

Remember Allah is oft- forgiving
His forgiveness doesn’t stop, just don’t take it for granted.
