Nabi ﷺ used to say important things 3 times so that people who hear can remember the narrations and can act upon it wisely. There are 3 meals in a day. We knock the door 3 times. Surah Ikhlas thrice is equal to one-third of the Qur'an. We recite the dhikr Subhana Rabbiyal 'Adheem 3 times in Ruku and Subhana Rabbiyal A'la 3 times in Sujood. Wudu steps - 3 times. Qubool hai - 3 times
There are 7 heavens, 7 earths, 7 days, we circle the Kaaba 7 times, Sa'i (walking between Safa and Marwah) in Mecca is done 7 times, there's stoning of Jamarat with 7 pebbles, children are instructed to pray once they are 7, Al-Fatiha has 7 verses, 70,000 of this Umma will be admitted to the paradise, Aqiqah takes place on the 7th day after a baby's birth, we have been advised to eat 7 dates in the morning to not be harmed by witchcraft, we've been ordered to prostrate on 7 bones, and many duas are repeated 7 times.
These numbers have special qualities. Allah knows best about His wisdom. He is odd and loves what is odd in number. And they say, pattern recognition is the highest form of intelligence!
