The whole point is supposed to be finding a normal, emotionally mature, mentally stable person to build a marriage with, على سنة الله ورسوله So plz, can we have some REALISTIC, MATURE CONVERSATIONS for once?

I don’t want another message about how u’re looking for a submissive woman or a dominant man or the other way around as if u’re recruiting for a role instead of looking for a life partner.

I don’t want a man telling me he wants to get married cuz he needs someone to go out & have fun with .. shame on u ! You’re looking for a wife not a plus one for ur weekend plans.
Of course, couples should enjoy life together but is that genuinely the foundation of ur decision to get married?Really??
& plz spare me the completely unrealistic expectations, imaginary scenarios & elaborate fantasies about what your future marriage should look like when u haven’t even figured out what a real, functioning relationship requires.

MARRIAGE IS NOT A ROLE PLAY, A FANTASY OR A PERSONAL ENTERTAINMENT PLAN.

It requires emotional intelligence, responsibility, compromise, realistic expectations, mutual respect & the ability to deal with real life when it stops being cute and convenient.
Wanting specific qualities in a partner is absolutely fine.
Having preferences is fine , Knowing what dynamic works for you is fine but if ur entire understanding of marriage revolves around labels, fantasies, control, or simply having someone to entertain u, maybe u need to rethink what u’re actually looking for.

PLZ GROW UP & BE MATURE BEFORE U START LOOKING FOR A SPOUSE.
