So here's the whole story.

I met a girl on Muzz.

Two days on the app.
Four days on Instagram.
One imaginary hacking incident.
Fifty-plus messages.
One emotional phone call.
Several photographs.
A phone migration.
Edited couple pictures.
A romantic chat theme.
And an Instagram investigation that deserves its own documentary. 😭💀

All this happened around a connection that lasted SIX DAYS.

But jokes aside, there's something I genuinely learned from this.

I wasn't wrong for realising that I didn't see a future with someone. Nobody owes another person romantic feelings, and continuing a connection out of guilt isn't kindness.

But the way we communicate that decision matters.

I should have been honest from the beginning instead of planning an imaginary hacking incident. Avoiding an uncomfortable conversation doesn't make it disappear; sometimes, it just makes the situation more confusing.

And her feelings weren't a joke either. Just because I wasn't equally attached didn't mean her emotions were fake or foolish.

Two people can experience the same conversation differently. One can see a talking stage; the other can see the beginning of something beautiful.
