Why is when you think it’s going good, you are vibing with your match, talk for a few days, checking in, sending daily photos, calling to see how you’re doing, then it all diminishes within a 24 hour span. This is starting to be a trend and I don’t know if it is me if I am doing something wrong but I don’t like to smother people because I know I’m not the only one who exists on this earth and everyone has work and maybe gym or other things that go on in their routine, but I’m seriously thinking I am the problem to the dryness. Who else is feeling this way or is it only me?

Late-night eating can disrupt melatonin production, affecting sleep quality and recovery. Poor sleep then impacts digestion, increases stress hormones like cortisol, and can lead to unstable blood sugar levels the following day.

Choosing peace over drama ✌🏻

I give good energy to everyone, but I also notice what kind of energy I get back

Respect is very important. If someone does not respect me, I do not argue or change who I am. I just walk away

Life is too short to deal with negativity. Protecting your peace is not selfish, it's just self care 😊

nothing humbles you faster than re-reading your own texts and realizing you sound insane

Your nervous system learned to stay in danger mode.

Chronic stress doesn't just exhaust you. It PROGRAMS you.

Your body didn't break down. It adapted to a threat that never went away.

Now it needs to UNLEARN danger to start healing.
