Sometimes we don’t misunderstand the words — we misunderstand the intention behind them.
Not everything needs to be questioned, decoded or turned into a joke.
Some words are simply meant to be read as they are.
Read it for what it says, not always for what you think it means.

2 mins of walk at night in cold water without shoes , different level of therapy for foot and mind, the sound of water feels relaxing, the dark night feels adventurous and we only 3 friends are here on this mountain.
Can you guess where we are?

What’s your biggest green flag in a person🤔?

Historically, humans were
exposed to significantly more light during the day than at night. Because of this, modern lighting, which creates dim days and bright nights, is damaging to our circadian rhythm, significantly impacting sleep, metabolism, mood, and cognitive function.

Sometimes a person isn’t sad or happy—they’re simply emotionally drained. Tired of thinking, trying, explaining, and expecting. There comes a point when the heart doesn’t break anymore; it simply goes quiet.

Funny how people can remember the one time you said “no” and forget all the times you said “yes.” Some people count what you didn’t give more than everything you gave.
UK girlies. What vitamins have helped you with your mood? I’m extremely sensitive and have reacted badly to the different depression meds by GP prescribed to me. So i’m looking at vitamins now. What has helped you?
