Healing Through Understanding
A gardener does not throw away a tree because one branch grows the wrong way.
He patiently cares for it until it grows better.
I have often wondered if we confuse accountability with self-hatred.
They are not the same.
The voice that says,
"What you did was wrong. Learn from it. Repair it. Don't return to it."
is very different from the voice that whispers,
"You will never be anything more than your worst mistake."
One invites change.
The other buries hope.
Our minds often swing between two extremes.
One says,
"It's not that serious. Everyone makes mistakes."
The other says,
"It's over for you. You'll never change."
Neither voice tells the whole truth.
Perhaps healing isn't found at either extreme.
Perhaps it is found in the quiet place where honesty and hope sit beside each other.
Where you stop making excuses for your mistakes...
without allowing your mistakes to become your identity.
Because a heart that is willing to be corrected is not a heart without flaws.
It is a heart that still believes it can grow.

Nothing is a coincidence. Every person you meet is written in your destiny, other than to love you, they also exist to teach you or to heal you.

Friendship isn't about who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you" and proved it...#staystrong #nevergiveup 💫🙌✨️🌮🥂

A part of me really likes yearning and being sad, a part of me really likes being addicted to my own suffering because feeling something was better than feeling nothing, I have been lonely for so much of my life, I've never dated anybody , i didn't know what love is. Ive never been given a role model of Love, so anytime i felt anything similar to it, it made me feel like the main character of my own life. I felt special, i felt something, something that I never felt before. And the moment things end, the receipt of love was grief, so it felt like I had something to hold on to. Something that would comeback at a certain point. Like missing someone meant something, missing someone meant that they're coming back or I had to reach out, or that or that I had to do something. As if this was a fixed event. As if this was something that was going to play itself out and magically work. It' was something that yearning and observing from afar were to actually experience in my own day to day life......... And i realised that, that is just not the case, you know being addicted to my own suffering is so great till you realise days and months pile up on end and you're stuck looking at the same photos messeges and watching someone else move on from afar and you come to terms that maybe you just don't want to yearn for much longer. And evrything starts to feel so tiring and you feel like giving up.
