On a roll tonight because truth knows no limits. Regardless of if you hate or love the last king of Babylon, I guarantee you if he were in office today they would not be stepping all over Gazzah like they have been for almost 3 years now of genocide.

The Middle East deserves Leadership that does not build statues of themselves nor oppress the people. There are many things Saddam could have done much better and extrajudicial killings he should have not hastened to doing, however, he never betrayed Al-Iraq. Get that clear in your head. Saddam was the last Arab President who prioritized the dignity of Arabs. Sure he was a politician and Ba'aathist party leader rather than a religious leader first. It is true he compromised on many things there, such as allowing clubbing and other Western lifestyle trends into Iraq. Did he enforce Sharia law? Not quite. With all of that in mind, the man was a real Arab and cared about Arabs. You cannot take that fact away. Last king of Babylon who ruled with a heavy hand? Yes. Tyrant like Nimrud? NO. Stop exaggerating and speak the truth about history. Iraq was violated by invaders and hundreds of thousands of innocent Muslim Iraqis were butchered. The solution to Arab problems will only arrive in Arab hands.

This is my least favorite war to study and discuss in history because I hate to see Muslims fighting Muslims. This war was provoked by outsiders and did not benefit either country. Lets talk about the rare combat footage here:

An Iraqi T-72 which appears to be retrofitted as an elite Republican Guard Battalion unit, is hit with an RPG and disabled. We have to give credit to the combat cameraman here for being able to capture this footage under immense fire. There are three sounds to pay attention to, cracking means rounds landing close, thumping is heavy ordnance, and popping is guns being fired near the cameraman. Notice how even with rounds cracking, he continues filming putting himself in danger.
History enthusiasts, feel free to share your thoughts about this unfortunate conflict in Middle Eastern history. I wish it would have never occurred.

For those of you who may not be familiar with modern Iraqi history, Qusay قصي Hussein and his 14 year old son Mustafa fought to the death on Iraqi soil against an entire battalion including special forces and close air support missile barrages. The battle lasted for over 4 hours. The Delta Force squad tasked with the initial compound retreated after 4 American operators were shot by Qusay, his brother, his son, and bodyguard. The retreating and defeated special forces unit called for backup, upon which the Army Airborne arrived along with attack helicopters and humvees with TOW launchers.
The Army pummeled the compound in Mosul with heavy ordnance for hours until the compound was destroyed. The coalition later claimed it was a victory and successful high value target operation, where in reality, a local snitch had given the two brothers position away and the Delta team failed to take the compound and capture/kill their targets. Media and podcasts have falsely narrated this event for over a decade now. Below is footage of Qusay training his son on different weapons.
Excellent marksmanship and weapons handling is displayed.

Keep in mind, this is a simple glimpse into modern history and a correction to the false narratives regarding the Mosul raid. This is not a political opinion nor political statement. If you would like further information on the true occurrences of what took place in Al-Iraq during and after the 2003 invasion, this is a subject I have studied for years now.
