When a person loves from the heart, even ordinary moments become the most beautiful memories of life
The problem with fairy tales is they set us up for disappointment
closure wasn't meeting for one last time like we always said it would be. it wasn't one last kiss or one more moment lying together whilst time melted away. closure wasn't ending as 'friends' or acting like nothing happened. closure was the realisation that my life was better before you. closure was noticing that we were on different paths. closure was accepting that you hurt me and that i needed to heal on my own. closure was wishing you well and going back to a life without you. it was never about losing feelings, it was about finally choosing myself.
