𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘏𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘳𝘦. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘈𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘩 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰.

May Allah allow us to reach Ramadan in good health and strong faith to gain all of its immense blessings.

Ramadan isn't just about staying hungry; it's about feeding the soul.

TAWAKKUL MEANS TRYING YOUR BEST AND LEAVING THE REST TO ALLAH.🦋💕

Why always Alhumdullilah?

Imagine how many times Allah has saved you from something and you literally have no idea. Subhan Allah💕🤲🌷

You May Not Practise It — But Don’t Mock It.

If you cannot follow a Sunnah, at least have enough respect not to mock it.

There is something deeply disturbing about how casually some Muslims make jokes about the Deen today.

A man grows a beard - “Molvi aa gaya.”
Someone keeps his ankles above his garment - people make jokes.
A woman observes hijab or niqab - suddenly she becomes a target of ridicule.
Someone tries to practise his Deen - and is treated like an alien among his own people.

And then, ironically, the same people are very quick to judge that person when he makes a mistake.

A bearded man commits a sin - “Dekho, kya deendar hai!”
A woman in hijab makes a mistake - “Look at them, they were supposed to be so religious!”

What kind of logic is this?

A practising Muslim is still a human being. He can make mistakes. She can make mistakes. They can fall short. They can sin.

Their mistakes do not make the Sunnah wrong.

And this is not something I am saying from a textbook.

I know what it feels like to be mocked for trying to practise.

When I grew my beard and started keeping my ankles above the garment in 2000, I was bullied so much by some of my own relatives that eventually even going out and meeting people became difficult for me.

The constant comments, jokes and ridicule affected me far more deeply than people probably ever realised.

I became mentally unwell and eventually struggled with agoraphobia for around three to four years.

People laughed at something they probably considered harmless.

But I was the one living with the consequences long after their laughter had stopped.

Through all of that, the only person who stood by me was my beloved mother. She never made me feel ashamed. Instead, she encouraged me, supported me, and gave me the strength to keep going.

This is why I think we need to be extremely careful with our tongues.

If you cannot practise a particular Sunnah, then don't.

If you struggle with an Islamic command, then struggle with yourself and ask Allah for strength.

We are all imperfect. We all have sins. We all have things we are still trying to fix.

But please don't turn the commands of Allah or the Sunnah of His Messenger ﷺ into a joke.

You don't have to be perfect to respect the Deen.

And you don't have to agree with someone's every action to respect their attempt to obey Allah.

Don't make someone ashamed of something that brings them closer to Allah.

Because you never know what that person is already fighting inside.

You may laugh for ten seconds.

They may carry your words for years.

So before you type that joke, before you mock that beard, that hijab, that modesty, that Sunnah…

Pause.

You might think you're only making fun of a person.

But be very careful that your joke does not cross a line you never intended to cross.

If you cannot walk the path, at least don't make fun of those who are trying to walk it.

May Allah give us the courage to practise His Deen, the humility to recognise our own shortcomings, and the wisdom to never turn something sacred into a source of ridicule. Ameen. 🤲🏻
