Salam parents, is anyones children sitting gcses this year amd struggling at this point with burnout. I am literally counting the days for the summer holidays and to hopefully be sat on a plane iA. My one has MH issues too amd is just going through the motions now.

The result is often a hollow victory, where external achievements are gained but inner peace, authenticity, and self-respect are diminished. True fulfilment, for many, comes not only from what is gained in the world, but from what is not lost within oneself.
