Car lovers

I’m thinking of getting them chameleon windscreen tints for my car.
Is it the law to tell insurance of that or can you not tell them but some have said if any acccidents happen then take off the tints then notify insurance of the accident

Has anyone got them without telling insurance ?

How many minutes do you spend simply staring and admiring your car after you’ve parked it , instead of immediately walking away 😅
