Alright my last talking stage didn’t work out, I actually stepped out my comfort zone and really tried to go for it. You just learn each time

I’ve never specifically considered someone who is divorced, but I’m curious about how this is usually approached when they have children. If they initiate a matching request, do they generally intend to bring their children with them as well?

I’m asking because those who are more familiar with immigration matters would know that there can be significant differences between:

• -Bringing a spouse from overseas
• -Bringing a spouse and their children from overseas

I’d be interested to hear from anyone who has experience or a better understanding of how this typically works.

When brothers say Oh she wants a man who is 6ft tall and rich is his EXCUSE because he doesn't have the Mahr..
He claims she want 100k or she wants a man with a deep voice
A bride can REQUEST WHATEVER SHE WANTS for Mahr ( instead of trying to come to some sort of agreement with her ) y'all bash her and criticize her then wonder why you can't find anybody...
BUT y'all brothers get mad at her
She don't want a poor man
Just like you don't want a poor woman
As her husband you are SUPPOSED to be her protector,her provider,you supposed to be the one person she can depend on but you complaining about oh she a gold digger ...HOW ? When you have NO GOLD

How does dating work in Islam?

Obviously I know the haram version; any type of contact between the man and woman ie kissing, hugging, holding hands, blablabla

Like I’m picturing halal dating to be like what I see in the Bridgerton show; meeting each other face to face with the family present n seeing but far away and then having a quick stroll somewhere with always a member of the fam present with the purpose of the two people getting to know each other

So basically a member of the fam always there. Thats how I’ve been explaining halal dating to my non muslim friends

Please do let me know if that’s supposed to be right or not? I’m confusedd

We want to find a good spouse but we are still not waking up for Fajr

Wake up for fajr prayer everyday , there are many men and women praying before we had woken up.

If you see the same girl/man everyday on that prayer then its the right person. i think that’s more important than anything else.
