Having 4 wives NEVER should be an intention...

Basel Ghazoghli on Instagram: "Why does Islam allow up to 4 wives?"

Hello everyone
@nadia699414
I did salatul hajat which is prayer to get wish fulfilled
As I lay down on bed with no sign or hope feeling so so blue
Please pray Allah changes my qadr and provides a divine way for wish to get answered 🙏🙏-Nadia

Question exclusively for men. Please be honest.
When a woman’s profile clearly states that she is divorced and has children, why do some men still reach out, ask questions, discuss compatibility, talk for hours, develop a vibe, and make it seem like they are genuinely interested in taking things to the next step?
Then, during a call, they hear children being noisy in the background—and suddenly hang up and block her. 🤦♀️
Seriously, did you not read the profile before approaching her?
If you are considering a woman with children for marriage, shouldn’t you already understand that children are going to be part of her daily life? I’m not talking about expecting you to take responsibility for someone else’s children. I’m talking about reality: kids get loud, interrupt calls, need their mother, argue, laugh, cry, and sometimes make life chaotic.
And then there’s another category: men who approach despite the profile clearly stating NO HARAM, NO CASUAL RELATIONSHIP, AND MARRIAGE ONLY—yet their intentions eventually become obvious.
So here’s my question:
What are you actually looking for when you approach these women?
And before the daily posts begin about “women only want a lifestyle,” “women are lazy,” “women want luxury,” etc.—maybe it’s worth asking whether some men are also approaching women without thinking through what they actually want.
Men, be honest. What makes you approach someone whose circumstances and boundaries are clearly stated, only to disappear when reality doesn’t match the fantasy in your head?
No insults. No gender war.
Just genuinely looking for some honest male perspective.

A question for every man and woman out there who has had the blessing of knowing their mother:
What do you love about your mother, or why do you love your mother?
