Hadith of the Week

قال رسول الله ﷺ:

«إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى يَبْسُطُ يَدَهُ بِاللَّيْلِ لِيَتُوبَ مُسِيءُ النَّهَارِ، وَيَبْسُطُ يَدَهُ بِالنَّهَارِ لِيَتُوبَ مُسِيءُ اللَّيْلِ، حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا»

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“Allah, the Exalted, will continue to stretch out His #Hand in the night so that the sinners of the day may repent, and continue to stretch His #Hand in the daytime so that the sinners of the night may repent, until the sun rises from the west.”

(Sahih Muslim, 2759)

This Hadith is a beautiful reminder of Allah’s boundless mercy and His #invitation to repent, #day and #night.

No sin is too great for Allah’s forgiveness when repentance is sincere, and no past should prevent us from returning to Him.

Yet, never take His mercy for granted or delay repentance, for tomorrow is never guaranteed.

Return to Allah #today.
Do not let #yesterday’s sins deprive you of today’s opportunity for forgiveness.

"Take advantage of five before five," the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "your youth before your old age, your health before your sickness, your wealth before your poverty, your free time before you become busy, and your life before your death" (Al-Hakim).

Which of the five do you still have today? Use it for Allah.

It’s a pattern as old as dating itself: Someone finds a partner who is genuinely attentive, respectful, and caring. Yet, instead of leaning into the relationship, they pull away, sabotage it, or jump into a short-term fling with someone who barely shows interest.
Eventually, when the excitement fades and the reality of being uncared for sets in, they return—often expecting a clean slate or offering an apology only after the damage is done.

The deaf man can not listen to Haram.
The blind man can not gaze at Haram.
The one who can not speak can not backbite or lie.
Isn’t it sad how we disobey Allah with the blessings He has given us out of His mercy, even though He could take these blessings back at any time?
