Hi
@johnmarston14
Why is there such a strong preference for marrying only within Syed families?
Piety is the Standard: Islam teaches that true honor comes from Taqwa (faith and character), not bloodline (Surah Al-Hujurat: 49:13).
Historical Precedent: The Ahl al-Bayt (the Prophet’s family) and early generations (Salaf) frequently intermarried outside their immediate clans (e.g., members of the Prophet's family intermarried with the families of Abu Bakr and Umar RA).
Cultural vs. Religious: Insisting on marrying only within a specific lineage is a cultural tradition, not a religious requirement.
Let’s prioritize faith and character over family names, making it easier for righteous Muslims to build families according to the Sunnah.
Jazakumullahu Khairan!

1174 DAYS OF UNJUST IMPRISONMENT 💔😭
The RELEASE of Imran Khan, his family, and all innocent political prisoners is not just a demand but a demand for justice, democracy, and basic human rights.
The punishment for political differences cannot be imprisonment.
The nation will continue to raise its voice for its rights, its leader, and its constitutional rights!
