⚠️ Public Awareness About My Experience with Muzz
I want to share my personal experience to help others.
I paid PKR 2,300 (PKR 2,000 + PKR 300) through JazzCash for Muzz services. My payments were successful, but I did not receive the service I expected. I contacted the Muzz Help Center several times, but my issue was not resolved. I also could not find a direct customer support phone number.
If you use this app, please be careful. Always save your payment receipts, transaction IDs, screenshots, and support emails.
I am sharing my own experience only to raise public awareness. I hope the company improves its customer support and resolves users' issues fairly.
Please cancel my subscription immediately. I do not want any further monthly charges.
