Met a client at the site who was looking for a 3 BHK villa.

I asked about his budget.

He smiled and said, "Budget isn't a constraint. Just show me what you have."

So I replied,

"Sir, if there's no budget limit, why buy from us? You should become a builder yourself!" 😂

He burst out laughing and said,

"You're a good salesman."

I smiled and said,

"Sir, I'll sell you a villa... but on one condition."

He looked curious and asked, "What's the condition?"

I said,

"Promise me you'll buy only the one that truly feels like home... not just the most expensive one."

Because in real estate, the right home isn't defined by the biggest budget. It's defined by the right fit.
