Calling all nature enthusiasts 🌳 Let's explore, protect, and appreciate the incredible planet we call home.
Can you imagine a colour you’ve never seen? Is it even possible? Colour is just wavelengths of light....the visible spectrum, the limit of what our eyes can perceive. But what lies beyond that? If we cannot imagine another colour, does that mean it doesn’t exist? or do we simply not yet have the capacity to see it?
فلا أقسم بِمَا تُبْصِرُونَ وَمَا لَا تُبْصِرُونَ
Surah Al-Haaqqa (69:38)
“So I swear by what you see, and by what you do not see.”
This oath encompasses all that exists...the seen and the unseen.
“What you see” refers to everything that is visible in Allah’s creation: the sky, the earth, the sun, the moon, and all that can be physically perceived..
“And what you do not see” refers to the unseen realms: the angels, the heavens, the soul, the Day of Judgment, and the absolute truth of Allah..
It invites reflection on everything around us, both what our eyes can grasp and what remains hidden beyond perception..
With all the breathtaking shades of blue that shift and change across the ocean, there still remains a colour we have never seen.
Too often, our thoughts are reduced to the weather or the news, while there is a whole reality beyond what we can perceive.
Blue is the colour of calmness, inspiration, and serenity. Let it awaken your imagination and remind you that reality is always greater than what meets your eyes..
