Can we bring back badges on profiles e.g things like respectful etc?

@muzz , just like muzz, please add a profile verification process on Jamaa as well....

Option to manually add people to the block list. If anyone is able to block you, you should also be able to block them back to prevent them from unblocking you. It's very annoying for someone to block you and continue messaging. I want them cut off permanently...

PLEASE make it possible to block people who post anonymously. Some fellows just spew nonsense because they are able to hide behind the veil of anonymity. We should be able to block such people so we are exposed to less toxicity.

This app fell off.

1. The feed scrolling experience is clunky
2. In feed ads are dumb, the ad revenue is not worth the cost of user experience
3. Cash grab left and right

Its all good though, i understand expenses need to be paid for.

🚨 Is anyone else’s Compliments tab BROKEN after the update?!😭

Before the update, compliments would appear normally under the Compliments tab on the For You/Explore page, where you could view and swipe through them. If you swiped left, they would go to Unmatched.

Since the update, I’ve been having a few issues:

• Compliments randomly pop up while I’m swiping instead of appearing in the Compliments tab.

• If I swipe left on a compliment, it completely disappears and doesn’t appear in Unmatched.

• The Compliments tab itself randomly disappears from the top of my For You page, underneath “Likes within your filters” and “Likes outside your filters.”

• Even when the Compliments tab does appear, if I open it and start going through my compliments, swiping left on one compliment can make the whole thing disappear. I’m then unable to access or go through the remaining backlog of compliments on my account.

What makes this even more confusing is that I only have a pink notification dot showing on my For You page. I’ve already cleared all my likes from both within my filters and outside my filters, yet the pink dot is STILL there.

Because of this, I believe the notification is related to compliments sitting on my account that I haven’t been able to access because the Compliments tab has completely disappeared from my For You page.

I’ve tried clearing my cache, updating the app multiple times, etc., but I’m still experiencing the exact same problem.

I’ve also submitted countless screenshots, timestamps and videos showing the issue to support, but I’m still being told that IT can’t locate or reproduce the problem despite all the evidence I’ve provided. 😭😭

It’s been 2 and half months that I’ve been dealing with this issue and it’s sooo annoying 😭 Between staff repeatedly telling me to update the app, clear my cache, etc., sending generic troubleshooting messages, asking me for more evidence, me providing lots of evidence, and then still being told that IT can’t find or reproduce the issue… it’s honestly SO frustrating😭😭😭

I genuinely don’t know what more evidence I can provide at this point.

I’ve even asked them to go through my whole account and all the reports I’ve made with a finetooth comb ...you WILL find it!!!!! 😭😭

I'll get a notification saying someone has liked. Click it and it takes me to the Muzz website and not the app. Is there something I'm missing or is this normal?

Remove the anonymous feature.
People are getting too brazen, brave and crazy defending anons who hide behind a screen. It floods my feed, I am sick of looking at it and muting each individual anonymous post.

Do you verify if people are single? I only ask because why exwife met her lover on here who was also married. They had a 2 year affair before I found out hence she is my ex
