So if someone was to gift you and your future partner a resort gift card as a wedding gift so the two of you can go on holiday together, would you be expecting them to be paying for the flights as well?

Is it rude if they didn't pay for your flights and expected you to arrange your own travel to go to the place they have gifted you? Let's say the resort voucher was of £200 value for example.
