London-based property developer (within m25 zones 1-6) looking to connect with private investors and potential JV partners.
I have experience in property acquisitions, refurbishments and residential conversions, including multi-unit development schemes.
I’m looking to build relationships with investors who want exposure to property opportunities without necessarily managing the projects themselves.
Opportunities could range from straightforward refurbishments with shorter turnaround periods to larger residential conversion projects with greater value-add potential.

After analyzing recent major breaches including Bybit UI compromise ($1.5 Billion US Dollars), Coldcard weak RNG, and Ledger supply-chain issues, I built a high-entropy offline tool for custom derivation paths and BIP-39 passphrases. It adds an independent second factor so that even if a seedphrase is exposed, crypto/funds remain protected. This is why my setup has remained secure through multiple targeted attempts, and why I believe nobody can steal my crypto.
