As a newly converted muslim, I have a question about mental health. Would someone explain to me why we have mental health and why did Allah allow this disease to grow?

Allah says:
âAnd among His signs is that He created for you from yourselves spouses that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy.â

An Important Balance
While marriage is highly encouraged, Islam does not teach that every individual must marry. Peopleâs circumstances differ, and marriage should be entered with responsibility, capability, and good intentions. In Islam, guidance (hudÄ, ÙŰŻÙ) ultimately comes from Allah. The Qurâan repeatedly teaches that Allah guides people to the truth, while human beings are responsible for seeking, accepting, and following that guidance.
Sources of Guidance in Islam
The Qurâan describes itself as a guidance for humanity:
âThis is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for the God-conscious.â

The teachings and example of Prophet Muhammad explain and demonstrate how to live according to the Qurâan.
The Qurâan frequently calls people to think, reflect, and observe the signs of Allah in creation.
Muslims ask for guidance in every unit of prayer through Surah Al-Fatihah:
âGuide us to the straight path.â
Different Aspects of Guidance

A Supplication for Guidance
The Prophet Muhammad ï·ș would sometimes say:
âO Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and contentment.â
In Islam, guidance is not viewed as a one-time event but as a continuous journey. Even believers continually ask Allah for guidance because faith, understanding, and righteous conduct all require ongoing divine help.
Surah Az-Zumar (ۧÙŰČÙ Ű±) is the 39th chapter of the Qurâan. The name Az-Zumar means âThe Groupsâ or âThe Multitudes,â referring to the groups of people who will be led to Paradise and Hell on the Day of Judgment.

This verse is often cited as one of the strongest expressions of hope and repentance in the Qurâan.
The End of the Surah
The concluding verses (39:71â75) vividly describe:
The disbelievers being driven to Hell in groups.
The righteous being welcomed into Paradise in groups.
The angels glorifying Allah around His Throne as judgment is completed.

âThe best of you are those who are best to their women (or wives), and I am the best of you to my women (or wives).â
The hadith emphasizes that a personâs character is not measured only by public acts of worship or reputation, but also by how they treat the people closest to them. It encourages:
