How important is it to match aqeedah when searching for marriage?

As someone who is Salafi, I find it very hard to come across sisters who are actually upon Salafiyyah. So it makes me wonder how important this should be when looking for a spouse.

Would you only marry someone who matches your aqeedah and manhaj, or would you be open to a practicing Muslim who differs in some of these areas?
