Prayers needed again. Please. My friend's niece Melia, in Gaza is less than 3 weeks old. She has severe chickenpox and they just found bacteria in her blood. Nothing is easy in Gaza 💔💔💔 please keep her in your prayers. She has spent most of days in the hospital. 🤲🏽🤲🏽🤲🏽

Can we slow down a little
let the moment breathe,
like sunlight resting on a window,
not rushing to leave.

Let’s speak with care,
with manners gently worn,
as if every word we choose
is where trust is born.

Because you’re not just a passing thought,
not just a line in my day
you could be the one I grow beside
in the quiet, ordinary way.

Someone I might argue with at 6 PM,
about what we’ll eat tonight…
you’ll say “anything,” I’ll say “no that again,”
and somehow we’ll be alright.

Someone I might laugh with in the middle of a mess,
when life doesn’t go to plan,
turning chaos into inside jokes
only two hearts understand.

And maybe, one day, if life allows,
we’ll shape more than just “you and me”
we’ll shape little hearts learning how to love,
and how to simply be.

So let’s not rush the pages,
let’s read them line by line
because something worth forever
should take its time.
