Have heard that dates were among the beloved foods of our Prophet ﷺ. The blessed Qur’an also mentions dates multiple times, reminding us of the beautiful signs and blessings Allah has placed in His creation.
وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنشَأَ جَنَّاتٍ مَّعْرُوشَاتٍ وَغَيْرَ مَعْرُوشَاتٍ وَالنَّخْلَ وَالزَّرْعَ مُخْتَلِفًا أُكُلُهُ...
"And He is the One Who produces gardens, both trellised and untrellised, and date palms, and crops of different taste..."
