This is an authentic statement from Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

It is recorded in several major collections of prophetic traditions, most notably in Sahih al-Bukhari 5687 and Sahih Muslim. The Hadith`Aishah (RA) narrated that she heard the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) say:“

This black seed is healing for all diseases except the Sam. ”I (Aishah) asked, “What is the Sam?”He said, “Death.” Context & ApplicationIslamic scholars and classical physicians (like Ibn al-Qayyim) have explained that the phrase "cure for every disease" should not be taken as a literal claim that it single-handedly cures absolutely every ailment. Rather, it implies that the black seed (Nigella sativa) has incredibly broad, holistic healing properties. The seed and its oils can be:Ground up and mixed with remedies like honey or olive oil.

Taken orally or applied externally. Used alongside other treatments to support immune health and combat inflammation.

Omg the pain. So in my late 20's I was nearly crippled after 2 slipped discs, (one bursting and pressing against my spinal cord). I legit was losing my ability to sit upright, walk for long or to stand still. The pain was that bad! The hospital were sending me for steroid injections and surgery but I insisted on another route! After physio, pain management courses and CBT for the pain I ended up in pilates and that's how my fitness journey started. I've regained almost all of my movement (and more) and am 85% pain free. I fell asleep on the plane the other day with my spine twisted in a funny position and oh my days the pain I've had the last few days has been debilitating 😫
Alhamdulillah, Ive only focused on my back the last few days at the gym and woke up this morning with the pain gone! The disc must have gone back into place. Alhamdulillah. I used to live in that pain day-in day-out for years.
If you need any help or advice let me know
