1. In Islam, if your mum passes away and a sibling is withholding her gold and refuses to share this with other family heirs what should you do?

As I been back from my break I have noticed something.

Sisters and brothers mostly sisters don’t open up about your sins or have talks about your past. it’s unfortunately how common it is now a day but it’s something you should refrain from. Allah is very merciful don’t lose hope.

The Rooms (49:12)

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱجْتَنِبُوا۟ كَثِيرًۭا مِّنَ ٱلظَّنِّ إِنَّ بَعْضَ ٱلظَّنِّ إِثْمٌۭ ۖ وَلَا تَجَسَّسُوا۟ وَلَا يَغْتَب بَّعْضُكُم بَعْضًا ۚ أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَن يَأْكُلَ لَحْمَ أَخِيهِ مَيْتًۭا فَكَرِهْتُمُوهُ ۚ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ تَوَّابٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ ١٢

O  believers! Avoid many suspicions, ˹for˺ indeed, some suspicions are sinful. And do not spy, nor backbite one another. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of their dead brother? You would despise that! And fear Allah. Surely Allah is ˹the˺ Accepter of Repentance, Most Merciful.

Sahih al-Bukhari 6069
Narrated Abu Huraira:
I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying. "All the sins of my followers will be forgiven except those of the Mujahirin (those who commit a sin openly or disclose their sins to the people). An example of such disclosure is that a person commits a sin at night and though Allah screens it from the public, then he comes in the morning, and says, 'O so-and-so, I did such-and-such (evil) deed yesterday,' though he spent his night screened by his Lord (none knowing about his sin) and in the morning he removes Allah's screen from himself."

AllahuAkbar indeed.. Truly watching your duas unfold in real time is in itself a blessing. I always make dua in salah for my children and all Muslims children to be regularly in salah.. my kids are still young and sometimes I ask them to pray with me and sometimes they join in on their own. Today was the first day they joined in to pray Maghreb and isha and the sunnah prayers after each one SubhanAllah.. Salah Is 🔑 to Success

I am nobody and have nothing, all I can offer to women is love and loyalty.
