Gratitude does not change your circumstances. It changes how you see them. And that changes everything.
Allah promised if you are grateful He will increase you. (14:7) That is not a small promise. That is a guarantee from the One who owns everything.
But most of us are so focused on what we do not have yet that we walk right past what we already do.
The safe home. The people who love you. The body that carried you through another day. The fact that you woke up this morning with another chance.
Gratitude is not pretending life is perfect. It is refusing to let what is missing make you blind to what is already there.
Practice it like you practice anything else. Intentionally. Daily. Until it becomes the way you actually see the world.

Monday يوم الاثنين
Sayyiduna Jabir رضي الله عنه narrates that an-Nabiyy ﷺ said:
“The Quran is an accepted intercessor and a disputant whose claim is upheld. He who keeps the Quran in front of him, it will lead him to Jannah and he who kept it behind his back it will drive him into Jahannam.”
(Sahih Ibn Hibban; Al Ihsan, Hadith: 124)
