Staying consistent on the morning and evening adhkar may seem simple, but shaitan definitely has ways to distract you from maintaining the consistency.

Dr. Ahmad Ali Anani, ND on Instagram‎: "A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: “I used to be a person who remembered. Now I forget everything.” The Prophet ﷺ asked him one question — whether he had left his midday nap. He had. He was told to return to it, and his memory would return to him. Narrated from Imam al-Sadiq (as), from his father. Over 1,400 years ago. No sleep lab. No EEG. Here’s what we know now: 1. The nap is when your brain files the morning — Short-term memory sits in the hippocampus and has limited room. Light sleep is when it gets transferred into long-term storage in the cortex. Skip it and you keep writing over a full page. 2. Twenty-six minutes, not an hour — NASA tested pilots napping on long-haul flights. 26 minutes raised alertness 54% and performance 34%. That window keeps you in light sleep, where the filing happens. 3. The grogginess isn’t the nap, it’s the length — Go past 30 minutes and you fall into deep sleep. Being pulled out of deep sleep is what leaves you heavy and slow for an hour. People who say napping makes them worse are usually right — they’re just sleeping too long. 4. Timing is its own instruction — Imam al-Baqir (as) is reported to have said sleeping in the morning is foolish, sleeping in the afternoon is a blessing, and sleeping after Asr turns on you. Late-afternoon sleep eats into the pressure your body needs to fall asleep that night. Subhanallah. The answers were always there. We just stopped listening. For educational purposes only. Not intended as medical advice."‎

Your first bath was done by someone and your last bath will be done by someone, so where are you going with your pride and arrogance? Humble yourself. The way some people move nowadays is insane.

Ya Rabb, when waiting feels heavier than usual, please hold my heart steady. 🤍

Remind me that I don’t need to rush Your timing just because I’m tired of waiting. Protect me from choosing what feels good now but may hurt me later.

If what You have prepared for me takes more time, give me the sabr to wait for it.

I would rather wait for something beautiful from You than rush into something I’ll later wish I had waited for.

Ameen, Ya Rabb. 🤲🏼
