📖 A Thought for Everyone Searching

One thing I’ve learned is that marriage isn’t just about finding someone you can live with.

It’s about finding someone you can be at peace with.

Someone whose presence brings calm instead of confusion.

Someone who makes difficult days easier, not harder.

Someone who protects your dignity in your absence and values your heart in your presence.

As I’ve gotten older, my list has become much simpler.

I’m less impressed by appearances and more impressed by character.

Less interested in promises and more interested in consistency.

Less concerned with perfection and more concerned with sincerity.

Because beauty changes.

Circumstances change.

Health changes.

But character tends to reveal who a person truly is.

The Prophet ﷺ taught us to pay attention to deen and character, and I think there is profound wisdom in that.

A person with good character will still be kind when they’re angry.

Still be honest when it’s inconvenient.

Still be loyal when nobody is watching.

Still be respectful during disagreements.

And that’s rare.

To everyone still searching:

Don’t lose hope.

Don’t lower your standards out of loneliness.

And don’t assume a delay means a denial.

Sometimes Allah is preparing you.

Sometimes He is preparing the other person.

And sometimes He is protecting you from what you cannot yet see.

📖 “And perhaps you dislike a thing while it is good for you, and perhaps you love a thing while it is bad for you. And Allah knows, while you know not.” (2:216)

Keep improving yourself.

Keep making du’a.

Keep trusting Allah.

The right person will not be perfect.

But they may be perfectly suited for the journey Allah has written for you.

🤲 May Allah grant every sincere brother and sister a righteous spouse, place barakah in our future families, protect us from disappointment and deception, and bless us with marriages filled with sakinah, mercy, loyalty, and love for His sake.

Ameen Ya Rabbal Alameen. 🤍✨

A sister once shared why praying feels easy for her and her method was;

  1. In the first rakaah, she pours her heart out in repentances during sujood.
  2. In the second, she fills her sujood with gratitude to Allah.
  3. In the third, she makes dua for others.
  4. In the fourth, she makes dua for herself.

Just a reminder that Allah didn't remove the Red Sea. He parted it. He isn't going to remove the situation but He will make a way through it. Trust that Allah is always on time.

When you get what you want, that is Allah's direction.
When you don't get what you want, that Allah's protection.

I spent years hiding parts of my life because people thought it would make me look weak. Don't talk about the epilepsy. Don't tell people what you've been through. Stay quiet. But I'm done with that. If my story helps one person keep fighting, then it's worth telling. I'm not ashamed of the hospital visits, the setbacks, or the battles nobody saw. They didn't break me. They built me. My head stays high and I keep moving forward.

Be a good woman. Have a beautiful character
Be an honest woman. Put Allah first always
Have standards. Clean your heart before sleeping .Have haya. Show love to all of Allahs creation. Educate yourself. Forgive and protect yourself. Take care of yourself. Take care of those around you. Eat well.Make sure others have the basics in life. Create peace for others. Protect your peace. Pray for those you have lost. Guard your salah. Ask for Jannah everyday. Trust Allah. Pray to be reunited with your loved ones. Have pure intention. Tell Allah about everything in sujood. Let’s Allah handle the rest.

Looking for someone with a similar Islamic mindset.

I listen to scholars such as Dr. Israr Ahmad, Maulana Ishaq, Abul A’la Maududi, and Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza. I strive to follow Islam according to the Qur’an and authentic Sunnah, without sectarian labels.

Preferably from India 🇮🇳. I’m from Telangana.

To the followers of the World Cup

Whenever Imam Ahmad (may Allah have mercy on him) looked at a Christian, he would close his eyes. He was asked about this, and he said:

لا أقدر أن أنظر إلى من افترى على الله وكَذَب عليه

“I can't look at someone who has falsely accused Allah and lied about Him.”
