Alhamdulillah.
This isn’t a success story from my time here on Muzz. I’ve only been here for a few months. Along the way, I met someone I genuinely thought was sincere, but it turned out he was not. Alhamdulillah, everything happens by the will of Allah.
A piece of advice for those who are still searching: don’t force it. Genuine connection cannot be forced. Along the journey, things may go wrong, and that’s okay. I met a few kind men here, but some fell short when it came to respect, while others turned out to be married.
To those who are married, I honestly find it alarming how some can deny the existence of their wife, let alone their children, just to present themselves as single. It takes a serious lack of conscience to do that. I sincerely hope this platform remains for those who are genuinely and intentionally seeking marriage.
As for me, this is the end of my search.
I’m grateful for the experience and even more grateful that I have finally let go of the idea of marriage. I have no regrets. Looking back, I know I did what I needed to do. The choices I made and the life I have today are exactly what Allah Azza wa Jal decreed for me.
I took the advice to try this app, and honestly, I’m glad I did. At least now, I leave with certainty and peace in my heart.
To everyone still searching, may Allah grant you what is best for you. Be patient and trust His timing. As for me, I have finally reached acceptance, and that is exactly what I have been praying for.
