How do you move on after being cheated on
Why does it always leave this heavy feeling like maybe I was not pretty enough, not good enough, not caring enough. Why does my mind keep asking what I did wrong, even when I know deep down that it was not my fault
I know cheating is a choice. I know it reflects their character, not my worth. But the self doubt still comes. The overthinking still shows up. And some days, it feels really hard to silence those thoughts.
If you have been through something similar and found a way to heal, I would really appreciate hearing your experience. Your words might help more than you know.

It’s interesting how people can’t even make observations based on their personal experiences without getting attacked and labelled as sexist, racist or ageist etc etc. I’m not saying we shouldn’t be respectful with how we express ourselves but we can’t police people on social media because if we do then all we’re creating is an echo chamber 🤷🏻♀️
