Je-ws and Idol worshippers(especially indians) are two worst enemies of Islam. They hate Muslims, and you don't need to observe deeply.

Its said there is clear instruction in the Quran for every situation regarding the Muslim. I have struggled to lower my gaze. A sincere desire to do so, but struggled nonetheless..Until yesterday when it finally clicked. I see a sister and being a man who loves women, really appreciate their beauty, not so much to do with lust as my thoughts aren't sexual..I look and then especially if she is beautiful, sometimes even if she isn't, i analyze and admire here entire anatomy. Hair, eyes, lips, hips, etc...
So again the Quran says lower your gaze..It doesn't say when you see a woman to lowe your gaze, which is what I had been attempting. It says lower your gaze. Simple instructions. Accidentally I had my gaze lowered. In doing so I realized that I still can navigate my movement, everything u need to see is at eye level. There is no danger coming from the sky in most cases, so your gave being elevated offers nothing of significance. By my gaze being lowered before a woman even enters my field of vision, I only see woman in my peripheral. It changes the dynamic. No need to admire beauty because I never saw her to know if she is bes
beautiful..it was such an aaahaaaaa moment Clear instructions for those who chose to hear. Me trying to interpret the Quran was my failure. Allah swa didn't say lower my gaze after I saw her.. HE said lower my gaze..So simple.. so easy
