Can I get some unbiased advice?

If someone says they want a future with you, but you’re usually the one waiting for plans to be made, hoping they’ll take the lead, and you can’t shake the feeling they might still be entertaining other women… would you trust the words or the pattern of behaviour?

How burned out do you have to be for your immigrant parent to look at you, tell you you’re burned out, and you should take a break 🥲 never in my 200009 years of being in school has that happened

A Single Squeeze in the grave’ll make U forget:

• All the Zina U did

  • -holding hands
  • -Hugs
  • -Cuddling
  • -with eyes

• All the Music U listened

• All the luxuries U ever had!

As if u’ve never lived this wolrd.

All U face is those deeds u’ve done! Which U can’t repent then⚠️

Dear Muslims,

• Zina is not only when you’ve Coitus.

• Zina is also in

  • -looking
  • -Speaking
  • -Touching
  • -Kissing
  • -Hug
  • -Hand shakes & co/etc.

• The phone calls u’re having with ur bae /crush speaking softly is Zinah

  • -The holding hands, Hug, Peck are all Zinah.

• What leads to Zinah are also Haram;

  • -Being alone with ur boo/bae
  • -Going out for a date
  • -Hugs
  • -Holding hands.

• That’s why there’s no Boyfriend/Girlfriend relationship status in Islam

  • -It’s Haram relationship.

• U see someone U like,

  • -Make research
  • -involve Ur Parents

Hi guys.

I'd like to find out some information from the British South Asian community.
Most of my friends are White and I am an introvert so don't mingle much at weddings and other Asian events.

For those of you who have older parents (above 60) how often do they exercise, if at all?

What are the barriers to them exercising?

If there was a free class available once a week at a local community centre run by an Asian woman, would they attend? The class would involve seated exercises, and for those that can stand- we'd use the chair to perform standing exercises.

Last question, how likely is it they'd do the exercises at home (if I provided them a sheet)?

TIA 🫡
