For everyone who doesn’t go gym

The gym is for fat people, but it’s also for skinny people. It’s for old people, but young people too. Healthy and unhealthy, motivated and unmotivated, strong and weak, energised and tired.

If you’re happy, use that energy in the gym. If you’re frustrated, vent it out with your favourite machine (hammer curls on cables for me).

Whatever your life looks like rn, gym will always be a good option. Don’t just go with friends either, go solo, best thing I ever did was have my own gym routine, where I worked out whatever I wanted and whenever I wanted. And remember, nobody is judging you there, everyone’s got their own journeys and they’re too focused on that. You won’t find anyone more supportive than people at the gym, everyone’s just so ready to help you.

Alhamdulillah it’s been the best thing for my mental health and the confidence boost when you have a pump going is just DIFFERENT💪🏼

Yesterday, one of my mentors, during the early stages of career developmental life, invited me to visit his parents, where I was introduced me to this architectural beauty.

We prayed Duhr & I’ll concede that there’s not many mosques that I’ve been to which can be compared to the grandness of this one.

They have a humongous gymnasium, a swimming pool I believe? 😂 Also an Islamic schooling department within the same building.

Laughing with your mom is one of the best moments ever. One day these laughs will become memories, So cherish every moment with your mom while you can..❤️

2 women matched with me today and I was busy talking with my family on phone. They revealed their pics and one just said Hi. I didn't open the reply as I was busy and I don't want my attention to divert. I was thinking to reply or attend to them when I am free. But when the call ended and I checked the notifications.
