You know it's bad when nobody wants to work nights - even the NPs quit! The hospital relies purely on locums Physicians to run the hospital at night, all of whom unanimously agree this is one of the worst places they've worked for how understaffed and overextended they are, it's unsafe staffing ratios, humanly impossible. They've gone hoarse telling leadership what needs to be fixed, but their cries fall on deaf ears. And then leadership turns right around and tries to recruit fresh grads to volunteer themselves as tribute to the corporate grinder. We migha been born at night, but we sure as hell weren't born last night.
